The following organizations offer electronic delivery services accepted by UMO (emailed transcripts will not be accepted; these transcripts are considered 3rd party and as such are unofficial).
If all official transcripts or documents are not received prior to the start of the student's first course at UMO, unofficial documents may be used temporarily. The University must receive either an official or unofficial copy of all documents prior to registration. Any student beginning courses with outstanding documents must sign a Missing Official Documentation Acknowledgement prior to registration and are required to submit officials by the given deadline.
Deadlines: Adult and Graduate: end of the first 8 week course, Traditional: end of the first semester.
If all official transcripts/documents are not received by the given deadline,* The student will be administratively withdrawn from the University. All future courses will be dropped and no financial aid will be disbursed to student's account.* The student will therefore be required to pay the entire balance owed in full for all classes taken prior to withdrawal.* Students may apply for readmission once all official transcripts are received and balance is paid in full.
