New User Information

MyUMOC is a customized one-stop place for all things University of Mount Olive. This site is here to provide you with one place to find almost everything you need.  

New Applicants: Your username and password have been emailed to the address provided on your admissions application but you can also use the information below to get your username and password. Your MyUMO account should be active within 72 hours of applying for admission.

Click Sign In at the top right above for access. Internet Explorer is best.

  • You will need your PowerCAMPUS Student Id (PC ID) if you do not know or have your username and password. 
  • Traditional daytime applicants, your PowerCAMPUS Student Id (PC ID) is provided under your address on letters from Admissions.

 Your Username

Your username is your initials as stated on your application for admission + the last 4 digits of your PowerCAMPUS Student ID (PC ID). 

Example: Name—John Q Smith +  PC ID—P0000001234 = JQS1234.

  • Your PC ID can be located on admissions and/or registration documents and has also been emailed to the email address provided on your application for admission.
  • No middle name or didn’t provide one? Skip the letter. Example: JS1234.
  • Hyphenated last name or two last names? Use the first letter of the first last name.

 Your Password

Your default password is MOC_ + the last 6 characters of your PC ID.

Example: MOC_001234

  • You will be required to change your password every 90 days. Change your password by clicking Set Password on the MyUMO Sign In screen.

  • Passwords must be at least 8 characters long to include uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one number and special character (!@#$%^& etc.) Your password cannot be one of the last 10 used.

 Password Self Service and Recovery

​Use Password Self Service to:

  • change your password
  • select challenge questions
  • register alternative contact information for password recovery.

Where's the link?

  • Click the Self-Service button on the MyUMO Sign In screen or Password Self Service under Quick Links on the left of MyUMO.

 Other UMO Web Accounts

Access provided after you have been accepted for admission & completed the FAFSA:
  • MyFinancialAid: An online tool used to consolidate your financial aid information conveniently in one place. You will not have access to MyFinancialAid until your fafsa is complete and you have been accepted for admission.

Access typically provided 72 hours after registration:

  • Student Webmail (email): The University of Mount Olive provides secure email access for its students.
  • Moodle and UMO Online Programs: Course Management/Learning Management systems used to access online courses. Moodle is used for general education and most other online courses. Online Programs is used for students enrolled in the Online BSN, Criminal Justice & Criminology, General Studies, and MBA programs.
  • Self Service: Allows students to access class schedule, transcripts, grades, and billing information.
  • Support Ticket: The UMO Help Desk System used to request IT assistance.
