The University of Mount Olive BankMobile Refund Packet signifies your status as an active student at UMO and provides you options on how to receive your financial refund.
BankMobile Disbursements processes all student refunds for University of Mount Olive for financial aid Title IV refunds, as well as any refunds that you may receive for dropping classes.
As a University of Mount Olive student, you should have received or will soon receive a mailing from BankMobile Vibe that includes an explanation of the program and a personalized code.
Upon receiving your refund packet, you need to go online and select your refund preference.

When can I expect to receive a refund? A financial aid payment/refund schedule will be emailed to all students at the beginning of each semester stating when refunds can be expected. Refunds are always issued on the Friday the week after Financial Aid has paid towards a student's account. If you are a new student in your first semester with UMO, your aid will not pay normally until at least the second disbursement date. How are refunds delivered to students? Each registered UMO student will receive a refund packet from BankMobile. Your refund packet will arrive in the mail at your primary address on file with the university. To receive your refund, you must authenticate your account and select a refund preference. If you want faster access to your funds, simply choose to have your refunds deposited directly into your BankMobile Vibe Account. What are my options for receiving refunds? Your options include having your refund: 1. Deposited to another bank of your choice (2–3 business days).
2. Directly deposited to a UMO BankMobile Vibe Card (1 day or less).
3. Mailed, as a paper check, to the address you designate (5–7 business days).
What is the UMO BankMobile Vibe Account? The UMO BankMobile Vibe Account is a full functioning FDIC insured FREE CHECKING account that allows you to access your refunds quicker and easier. The account has no minimum balance, no monthly fees, and free Internet banking features. With it, you can use your card to make purchases anywhere MasterCard is accepted. You can also get cash with no fee at any of the 55,000 AllPoint ATMs across the nation.

What are the advantages of having my refunds deposited directly to my UMO BankMobile Vibe Account? 1. Depositing your refund to your UMO BankMobile Vibe Account is the quickest way to gain access to your money. In order to have your refund directly deposited, authenticate your UMO BankMobile Account as soon as you can. If you expect to receive more financial aid than the cost of your charges, remaining funds will be released by the University and directly deposited to your Account. (Funds will be made available by 5:00PM on the Friday refunds are issued.) 2. You can use the UMO BankMobile Vibe Card to make purchases at all MasterCard locations, access cash at an ATM, pay bills, send money electronically and so much more. 3. There is no charge to you for receiving your refund directly in your UMO BankMobile Vibe Account. There is also no monthly fee or minimum balance for the OneAccount.
Are there a BankMobile Vibe ATM's located on campus? Yes, there is 1 ATM located on the main campus. There is no fee to BankMobile Vibe Account holders. It is located in the Murphy Regional Center near the Alumni Dining Room.
How will I know when my financial aid or other refund has been directly deposited to my UMO BankMobile Vibe Account? You will receive an e-mail when your financial aid refund or any refund has been directly deposited to your account. Additionally, you will be able to see details of your BankMobile Account by accessing your account online through the www.bankmobilevibe.com website.
Can I have my refund deposited to another bank account? If you prefer, you may have your refund deposited to the bank of your choice. In order to have your refund deposited to your bank, you must first authenticate your account with BankMobile at www.refundselection.com. For this option, you will need to complete, print and either mail or fax the third party form to the designated address. The form is available on the Web site.
Can I select a paper check instead? You may choose to have a paper check sent to you via regular mail. However, a paper check may take up to 5-7 days from the date UMO releases the funds. Regardless of how you choose to receive your funds, you still need to authenticate your account at www.refundselection.com. Why is the Debit MasterCard logo on my UMO BankMobile Vibe Card? With the MasterCard logo on it, you can use the card wherever MasterCard is accepted. The card is NOT a credit card. It is a DEBIT card.
Who do I contact if I lose my card? For your own security, as soon as you realize that you do not have physical control of your card, it is essential that you report the card lost. This may be done several ways. You may go online to www.bankmobilevibe.com, call customer service at 1-877-327-9515, or contact Jaime Myers in the Business Office. Your report allows Bank Mobile Vibe to cancel the card and prevent fraud, theft, and abuse. At the same time we will issue you a replacement card.
Do I still have the option to get a paper check from the Business Office? You will no longer be able to pick your check up at the Business Office. The BankMobile Disbursement option allows you to have direct deposit to your bank, the debit card option or a paper check mailed to you.
