 Military TA Refund Policy

For Recipients of TA and Refunds of Credit Balances:

A student receiving Military Tuition Assistance (TA) is not eligible to receive a refund of any TA funds.  Any refund received by the student should not exceed the amount of the other aid awarded to the student for that period of enrollment. 

A student receiving TA will have the Tuition Plan field in PowerCampus populated with the appropriate option to designate him as a TA recipient.  The Tuition Plan field is integrated to PowerFaids and the Financial Aid Office will use the information to include an estimated TA amount on the student aid package. 

When the Student Accounts Office invoices TA, a PDF of each screen will be created and put in the TA Invoices folder on the "P" drive.  Financial Aid will access the file to verify all students included on the invoice have been packaged with the appropriate estimated amount of TA.  TA will not disburse in the Financial Aid Office.  Student Accounts will credit the TA funds to the student account when funds are made available.
